These Subscription Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) set out how subscriptions work with The Science Of Limited (NZBN: 9429052403521) (“The Science Of”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By starting a Subscription through thescienceof.co.nz or thescienceof.shop, you agree to these Terms, which should be read alongside our Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Loyalty Programme Terms, and Shipping & Returns Policy.

These Terms are designed to make subscribing simple and transparent, while ensuring your rights under New Zealand and Australian consumer law are fully protected.

Non-Subscription Orders

You don’t need to hold a Subscription to buy from us. You’re always welcome to purchase products as a one-off order through our Site.

Ordering on Subscription

When you start a Subscription, your first order is placed at checkout. Future orders are automatically generated according to your chosen delivery schedule. Each time an order is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation and receipt.

Delivery Schedule

You select the delivery date for your first Subscription order at checkout. Future deliveries follow the schedule visible in your account under My Account > Manage Subscriptions > Delivery Schedule.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, courier services, and circumstances outside our control (e.g. public holidays, courier delays). While we always work to get your order to you on time, we can’t be held responsible for delays beyond our control.

Changes to Your Subscription

If you update your details (e.g. delivery address, product selection, frequency), your Subscription price may change. The updated price will be displayed before your next order is processed.

Pricing

The total price of each Subscription order is calculated on the day the order is processed. It includes the product price plus any applicable delivery or supply costs, as set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Pausing or Cancelling

You’re in control of your Subscription. You can pause, amend, or cancel anytime by logging into your account and going to the Subscriptions section.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your next scheduled order is due to be processed, that order will still be charged and delivered.

Reactivating

If you cancel and later choose to restart your Subscription, your plan will be reactivated at the current price in effect at that time

Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a Subscription at our discretion. If this happens, you’ll only be charged for orders already shipped.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
